Refund policy
14-Days Period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason.
However, your item must still be in the same condition as when you received it, so it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send you a shipping label and a return form along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and rectify the issue.
Exchanges
To ensure that you receive your item as quickly as possible, please return the item you received and make a separate purchase of the new item once your return has been received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and let you know if we have approved your refund. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue your refund.
